Grey Wolf Cellars is situated in beautiful Paso Robles, California. Family owned and operated, the winery facility and tasting room lie on roughly 12 acres of land overlooking pastures, rolling hills and oak studded meadows, formerly known as Green Valley. Joe and Shirlene Barton founded Grey Wolf Cellars in August 1994. Since then, the Barton's have made their winery a family-run business. Joe Senior had a vision and a dream to make great wine and do so with his family. The wines they offer include 2005 Sauvignon Blanc Yearling, 2005 Windrock Blanc Rhone Blend, 2005 Viognier Yukon Gold, 2004 Barbera The Hunted, 2004 Barton Estate Red Estate Blend, 2004 Grenache The Nomad, 2005 Roussanne, 2004 Soulmate Red Rhone Blend, 2004 Syrah Chanti Cuvee, 2004 Syrah The Predator, 2004 Zinfandel Barton Family Reserve, 2004 Zinfandel Big Bad Wolf, 2004 Zinfandel The Jackal, 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Alpha, 2003 Meritage Lineage And Lone Wolf Red Table Wine. Their events include Zinfandel Festival in March, Paso Robles Wine Festival in May, Hospice Du Rhone in June, Atascadero Wine Festival in July, Passion For Paso in August and Harvest Festival in October.
