Pine Ridge Winery
California, the most populous state of the United States, located on the Pacific coast of North America is bordered by Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico. The four largest cities are Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose and San Francisco. California is also the home of and wine producing regions such as Santa Barbara and Northern California's Wine Country.
Pine Ridge specializes in producing wines that embody the unique characteristic of the Napa valley appellation in which its 220 acres of estate vineyards are located. Since the winery was founded in 1978, old world traditions have been fused with innovative viticultural and winemaking practices to yield powerful yet balanced bordeauxstyle red wine and Chardonnays with classic aromas,rich textures and lingering flavors.
Pine Ridge Revealed is a photo gallery that takes you through the vineyards and winery to see the painstaking commitment and dedication required to make fine wines. Collaborating with them on this portfolio for nearly three years, photographer Rod Dresser and writer Stefanie Marlis have recorded the provenance and crafting of Pine Ridge wines with talents equal to their passion for growing and making wine.
Pine Ridge Winery produces wines such as Chenin Blanc Viognier, Encantado, Dijon Clones Chardonnay, Epitome Chardonnay, Le Petit Clos Chardonnay, Crimson Creek Merlot, Charmstone, Cabernet Franc, Onyx, Epitome Cabernet Sauvignon, Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon, Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon and Andrus Reserve.
The Pine Ridge Wine Club is perfect for wine enthusiasts and collectors alike. Members receive shipments of hand-crafted wines every other month that they can open right away or cellar for future enjoyment. In the meantime, many visit the tasting room for a complimentary sample of many of their latest releases. Membership benefits include access to limited-production bottlings and their private cellar of library vintages, as well as wines created especially for the Wine Club.
Building on the groundwork laid by the founders, they set out with ardor and high aims for their vineyards, their winery, and their wines. The goal of Pine Ridge Winery winemaking program is to create wines of uncompromising quality with optimum flavor and aromatic components that reflect the unique characteristics of the vineyards from which they come. Pine Ridge Winery is dedicated to the production of wines that reflect the artistry of the winemaker and the marriage of vine to place in the vineyard.
