Renwood Winery
California, the most populous state of the United States, located on the Pacific coast of North America is bordered by Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico. The four largest cities are Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose and San Francisco. California is also the home of and wine producing regions such as Santa Barbara and Northern California's Wine Country. Surrounded by some of America's oldest Zinfandel vineyards in Amador County, California, Renwood Winery is situated in the picturesque foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. They produce world class award-winning wines from this small known label in the heart of California's Mother Lode country. This county is highly regarded for producing some of the very finest examples of Zinfandel found anywhere in the world. At Renwood, they offer a collection of hand-crafted Zinfandels that showcase the exclusive qualities of some of the world's oldest and most famous vineyards from the Shenandoah Valley of California. At present, they make six proprietary and vineyard designated Zinfandels namely Old Vine, Grandmere, Fiddletown, Grandpere, D'Agostini Bros., and Jack Rabbit Flat. Some of the events they host are the annual open house weekend, ZAP's good eats and Zinfandel pairing, evening with the winemakers, 15th annual ZAP tasting, Boston wine expo and many more. The goal of Renwood Winery is to create wines of uncompromising quality with optimum flavor and aromatic components that reflect the unique characteristics of the vineyards from which they come.
