Stanton
California is the most populous state of the United States. Located on the Pacific coast of North America, it is bordered by Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico. Stanton is a city located in western Orange County, California. The population was 37,403 as per the 2000 census. Its most distinguished features are the Adventure land Park, and Hobby City, which are located in its city limits. It consists of several town homes and small residential units built prior to 1960. In fact, since 1975, only 99 new residential units have been built within the city's limits.
Traveling between Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm via Orange County Transportation Authority buses requires a transfer at the intersection of Katella Avenue and Beach Boulevard, which is situated in Stanton. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 8.1 square kilometers. As per the census of 2000, there were 37,403 people, 10,767 households, and 7,806 families residing in the city and the population density was 4,628.6 per square kilometers.
